1. General information
These sales and delivery conditions apply to the purchase of goods on mybaby.mu for delivery in the island of Mauritius.
In case of delays, backorders or sold out items, we strive to inform you about this as soon as possible and advise on what we can do about it.

2. Purchase & payment
www.mybaby.mu is open 24 hours a day, and you can therefore almost always shop. However, it may happen that we close the store due to maintenance. You can only make purchases when the store is open and available.
To shop at MyBaby.mu, you must be 18 years of age. However, if you have not yet reached the age of 18, you can still buy goods if you have obtained your guardian's consent or otherwise have a legal right to enter into the purchase.
You can change the contents of the shopping cart right up until you confirm your purchase by pressing the "Order Now" button. Then your order goes on to MyBaby.mu. Once you have purchased an item from us, you will receive an order confirmation for our receipt of your purchase.
3. Prices
Our products are sold at the price advertised on the website at the time of your order. We reserve the right to change the prices at any time, prior to the confirmation of your order. All prices are listed in Mauritian rupees.
Should the product be out of stock My Baby Ltd will immediately inform the customer by email or telephone and a full refund will be granted should My Baby Ltd be in possession of the payment.
Price error: If a price is manifestly incorrect and you reasonably should have discovered this, we are not obligated to supply the product in question at the wrong price.
4. Payment options
You have the following payment options on MyBaby.mu:

• Pay by Internet Banking
These are to be made offline, after your order is placed on MyBaby.mu
You will be receiving an e-mail with payment instructions
Once payment done, payment references can be sent to us by clicking on the link provided in the instruction e-mail. This will help us process your order faster.

5. Shipping Costs & Delivery
5.1 Shipping Costs
We offer home delivery for all purchases. Shipping Costs are as follows:
- No shipping cost for purchases equal to or above Rs 3000
- A shipping fee of Rs 225 will be charged for purchases below Rs 3000
The Customer understands that delivery of the ordered items shall occur only at locations within the Mauritian territory limits excluding Rodrigues and other Outer Islands.
5.2 Delivery time for the item
As standard, we deliver ordered and available items within 2-3 working days (excluding week-ends and public holidays).
Should My Baby Ltd not be in a position to deliver the Customer’s orders within the given time-frame (for e.g in case of any force majeure), we shall contact the customer as soon as possible & notify him when the delivery of his order shall take place.
In case the office is closed for a specific reason (like New Year holidays), a notice will be put on the website. You may then order, but your orders will be processed at a later date.
To ensure safe delivery, the Customer must properly fill the delivery address, the mobile number and any specific instructions in the fields provided online.
Please note that no installation shall be made on behalf of the customer at the time of delivery. Any specific requests may be handled individually.
5.3 Delivery Agent
Your delivery is taken care by our appointed delivery agent.
We unfortunately have no influence on the exact time of delivery. You will receive a call from the delivery agent on the day they deliver to you.

Note: we strongly encourage you to reject the package upon receipt if you can see that the package has suffered visible damage during transport.

6. Cancellations
Goods once sold are not refundable or exchanges.
Cancellation requests can be entertained in exceptional cases. We reserve the right to accept or deny cancellation requests.
If you cancel your order before its dispatch from our warehouse, you are eligible for a full refund.
If you wish to return your order within the first 3 days after receiving delivery, you can notify us by either e-mail (customerservice@mybaby.mu ) or on tel. 5500 6767.
For return to be possible, it is required that the item is unused and sent back in the same condition as upon receipt (including untampered seals) and in original packaging / box with the original labels / marks.
Delivery and pick-up costs will then be chargeable.
You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are responsible if damage occurs during transport. You cannot regret your purchase by simply refusing to receive the item at the time of delivery, without at the same time giving us clear notice of this.
We request you to pay extra attention to the size/model when ordering and receiving the goods, especially for items such as textiles, breastfeeding products and baby hygiene items, because exchanges for alternative sizes/models will not be entertained once seal is broken.
7. Wrongly delivered items
We take utmost care in the preparation of your order, but should it happen that there is a mismatch between the product ordered and the delivered one:
- The customer must not accept delivery and must immediately return the product(s) to the delivery agent.
- The customer understands that the second delivery depends on stock availability, and where stock is available, the product will be delivered to the customer within the next 2-3 working days (excluding week-ends and public holidays).
8. Warranty
Electrical appliances are covered against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
9. Special Covid-19 circumstances
The customer agrees to abide by Covid19 delivery procedures put in place by our delivery agent.
The customer understands that deliveries within “red zone” areas as determined by the authorities will be automatically cancelled.
10. Links to other websites
External links are provided for your convenience, but they are beyond the control of My Baby Ltd and no representation is made by My Baby Ltd as to their content, source or any risks that may incur through linking to other websites.

Disclaimer
My Baby Ltd will not be responsible nor liable for any losses suffered by the customer resulting from the rejection of transactions, the non-processing of bank card payment, delay in delivery of products or for any other reasons beyond My Baby Ltd control including but not limited to insufficient funds in the customer’s account, network downtime, bank-to-bank transfer delays.
