What is sterilisation?

Sterilisation frees utensils from bacteria or other living microorganisms.

Why should you sterilise infantfeeding utensils?

There are times when germs are life threatening and must be eradicated by effective infection control practices, this is particularly true for babies.

until a baby is a year old their immune system is weak and does not have the ability to create essential cells to combat naturally occurring microorganisms.
