HOT TO REMOVE THE SPOUT:
Unscrew the lid on your sport spout bottle. Grab onto the tab and pull gently to remove the silicone spout.
HOW TO ATTACH THE SPOUT:
Push the silicone spout top into the lid, from underneath.
Turn lid over and pull the spout gently through in a circular motion until it is securely in place.
